IMAGINE TOGETHER (Episode One): "Do You" with Regina Lawless

This series is part of "One Mosaic," a campaign to unify the nation through public art, story sharing and imaginative practices. Coinciding with the presidential election, thousands of people across the US will contribute to a collaborative Mosaic, inspiring hope and serving as a reminder that greater possibilities exist within our families, teams, workplaces and communities.

"Imagine, Together" is an interactive podcast series where you can join a live conversation with artists, organizers, journalists, poets, educators, political and social influencers, and other leaders as we explore what unity is and hows it's achieved. We'll explore questions like:

• Amidst polarizing times, where do you find hope?
• What makes relationships resilient?
• What important (and potentially hard) lesson did you have to learn?

Throughout this series we hope participants and listeners walk with:

• Courage: More confidence to lean into discomfort and seek beneath the surface in service of better shared outcomes
• Curiosity: Greater capacity to ask questions that open doors to new possibilities at work and home
• Imagination: Practices you can apply in your relationships that increase connection, mutual support and joy

Before founding Bossy and Blissful, a wellness community for Black women leaders, Regina served as the head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) for Instagram and Meta's Family of Apps. As Mosaicli's head of leadership programs, Regina is a seasoned organizational development and design consultant with more than 18 years of HR experience working for Fortune 500 companies across various industries, including Target, Safeway (Albertsons), and Intel.
